Just stopping in for a coffee and a brownie from the lovely Miss Curvy, and to say congrats to the regulars who participated in the comp!
It seems I have a lot of good material I need to catch up on.
Umm, yeah, where to even begin?
Sprite, you’ve been nothing but kind to me since the moment we met. You don’t sugarcoat shit and I love it. You have an aura that exceeds technological boundaries, you're a best friend to everyone.
I am in awe of you. You’re a brilliant writer, a sexy bitch, and a fantastic person with a heart of gold so solid I’m surprised you can stand.

I love you.

Thank you.

Don’t stop being you.

I'm still working. The roads have been crazy though. Many people out clearing shelves.
Sat in front of a store today and saw three older women in a row each exit with a shopping cart of toilet paper.
I had tickets to an event next weekend, which has since been canceled.
I need to find out if the local college I attend has canceled classes.

Figures, right when I'm trying to get my life together, the world wants to go to shit.
Fuck to-the yeah! This series was so damn good.6D8FZro3sB7LUyEj
Excellent job, SD!!
Hello, lovelies. Curvy, I'll join you for a beer

Milik, I'm impressed. One more category for me, and I'll be halfway to Omnium.
Hello Rumps, lovely to see you this evening. I'll have a beer, please. And I've no idea what's at the top of the NYT list at the moment, but I hope it's worthy of the spot.

Buz, congrats on the INSANE amount of views on your ONE story that equals more than HALF of my TOTAL story view count.
Seriously, I'm impressed.

Vanessa. Hi

And I shall toss in my regarding the Oscars as literally no one asked for it-
I watch every year. I have a thing for award shows. Don't know why.
I think it has something to do with seeing all those actors and be 'themselves' on the screen, and not in a role. I like movies.

But I am inclined to say the collective atmosphere in this bar tonight is being a little too hard on Joaquin.

I fucking love when celebrities do shit like that: take the spotlight off themselves and point it somewhere it should be pointed.
I have a firm belief that if you're in a position of power, you should always advocate positivity. There's not enough of it in this world.
I do agree they are grossly overpaid, and the obsession the masses have with celebrities is disgusting, but the fact is, they have a voice.

Most of them go about their grossly overpaid lives thinking about their grossly overpaid selves.
When one has the heart and the balls to get up in front of a room of a few thousand people with a few million more viewers on television, and point a finger at real-world problems, that advocate bringing balance to the scale of justice so large many don't even see the damn scale; is an important thing.

People don't listen to underprivileged black children.
People don't listen to the disabled community.
People listen to attractive rich people because, hey, evolution isn't without its flaws.
The more the spotlight is focused on acceptance, the more normalized acceptance will be.

Sorry, that felt like a Think Tank post.
I'll wrap up what I"m trying to say with this:

In a world out of our control, one sure thing we can control is what comes out of our mouths. (Unless you have Tourettes.)
How one decides to use their voice says everything about them.

Edit: I fucking loved seeing Eminem sing Lose Yourself. And also, Joaquin was fucking fantastic in Joker. If you haven't seen it, you should
Hello beautiful people.

Sorry about your kitty, Tonya, he was very handsome

I"ll have a Rum and Coke with you, Buz.
I need to get a celebratory cross-fade going

I just finished my first week of business classes at my local college, guys! Pretty happy with myself.

I hope everyone's wellheart
Ahahahahaa these are great. Thanks for cheering me up, guys

I'll pitch in another:

A woman in a tight skirt was at a bus stop, waiting to get onto the bus.
A bus pulled up and the driver opened the doors. She tried to step up onto the step but her skirt was too tight, so she reached back to unzip and loosen it a little.
She tried to step up onto the steps again, but it was still to tight.
She reached back and unzipped some more. Tried to step up again and the skirt was still too tight.
She tried one more time.
She reached back and unzipped some more, and still, she couldn’t get up onto the bus.
So this man behind her reaches and grabs her by the butt.
He gives her a boost onto the bus.
She turns around and slaps him, saying, “What do you think you are doing?!"
"Well," the man says, "After you unzipped my pants for the third time I thought we were acquainted.”

I'm freakin' out.

You guys are so dang nice!
I really loved writing this. I've been pushing myself to write great things this year, and when this idea came to me, it demanded nothing but to be written. It didn't force me to research or weave a plot. It was so generous. And to be honest I was really fucking horny.
This is what came out.
Figures when I just be myself and write what I want, I get an EP.

I am so honored. Truly. *Clutches tent-pitching trophy*
Thank you, Nicola!! And sweet Curvy, for nudging it.
Can't tell you how happy I am.

Prove it.

Do you live for the laughter? Getting someone to cheer the fuck up? Know you're the best and want that validation?

Post your jokes here. Make me laugh or GTFO.

Allow me to start:

Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn't seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy whips out his phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps, "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator says, "Calm down. I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There is a silence; then a gun shot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says, "OK, now what?"

Good Morning Turning On the Lights

I'm listening to the Talking Heads, and somehow read this as Burnin' Down The House. Idk. I need coffee.

Morning Rump, a steaming cup of Bertha's finest, please. Curvy, I love you and your brownies.

Happy birthday Simmie!!!
Verbal, I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope you were able to fill his time here with a lot of love
And I like what Bill said, too. Your dad sounded like a great guy.

Just Sprite for me, please.

Thank you for all of the hard work you put in to keep this site viable, legit, and entertaining.

We appreciate the thanks more than you know. We're volunteers, but we love this place. We are inundated with many story submissions every day, and pride ourselves on verifying them quickly.
Therefore, you can see why we have these rules in place - we don't enjoy spending time on stories that already bare our multiple efforts of edits and time only to do it all again - and why it would be insensitive to ask that of us.

Thanks for understanding, Reese. If you have new stuff to publish - by all means.
