Found a small, choice grade beef, rib roast at the butcher's today. Had him slice it nice and thin for me and I made an 'authentic' Philly Cheese-Steak sandwich for myself. Sad but true, I've been in FLA 20 years now and haven't found anyone who can make them or a decent Reuben any better than the ones I make myself!
The two that keep popping into my mind as I see what's going on in the United States these days is George Orwell's '1984'. So prophetic and not too far off time wise considering it was written in 1934 when many of the ideas presented in '1984' were considered too 'preposterous' to imagine they might ever be realized. The second is Margaret Atwood's 'A Handmaid's Tale', a much more recent work, but one many people also see as being somewhat prophetic in nature.

The one I feel is pure rubbish but one I'm surprised I didn't see listed (at least on this page) is Ayn Rand's 'Atlas Shrugged'. It's treated like a political manifesto, when in reality, it's just poorly written, bad fiction that doesn't hold up.
Actually, only one. But that's OK, honestly I preferred the more experienced girls (as long as they weren't TOO experienced.

I asked her if she was a virgin and she said, "No, but I used to be!" I said, "That's close enough!"
I don't know if she enjoyed the 'moving her panties to the side' part or not, but my ex and I were enjoying a sunset walk out a more or less uninhabited pier (a few guys were fishing off it, closer to shore) on the Gulf of Mexico and I was standing behind her watching a pod of bottle-nose porpoise playing nearby. We got a little touchy-feelie and the next thing we knew, my zipper was down, the back of her short denim skirt was raised, her panties were pushed aside and we had sex while we stood there illuminated by the sunset (which are glorious, by the way, on the west coast of Florida).

Lelo product tester or Rock Star. Maybe combine the two. LOL!!

Let me know if you need a guitarist in your Band!!
Hands down Victoria's Secret! It is sexy without being vulgar, and generally great quality.

Frederick's of Hollywood seems more vulgar than sexy and generally isn't very high quality.
"I'd regret it for the rest of my life if I didn't take this opportunity to tell you that you are the most spectacularly beautiful women I've ever been this close to. Your husband or boyfriend is a very, very lucky man."

With the caveat, it only works if you truly believe it is true, but if you like being with beautiful women, it works well. It has worked on girls in relationships or marriages where they feel unappreciated or taken for granted, and works well with single girls with the tiniest bit of insecurity.
I like modern treatment of and the works inspired by Paganini and fond of 'the Planets' by Holst (early 20th century classical music) - especially 'Jupiter'.
Finally - dramatic evidence to explain why it's so easy to turn men on and so difficult to turn women on. As you can see, men can be turned on easily with a single switch while in order to turn women on requires fine adjustments and proper settings of many, many controls!

Could we get some sort of notification when someone accepts your friend request? I'm sure it's been suggested before, but it'd be mighty handy.

I get email notifications when someone accepts my friend requests and prompting me to thank them and post something on their wall. perhaps you've disabled the feature in your profile.

What I would like is a notification when someone declines a friend request, or if people had enough common courtesy to reply, 'sorry (insert reason or excuse here) I declined your friend request, no hard feelings' I've yet to decline a request, and I keep a log of requests I send out, deleting the entry when it's accepted making the log essentially a pending or failed request list. I really don't care if you don't want to be my friend, but that's no excuse for a lack of courtesy.
A mutual friends 'counter' or 'indicator' when looking at new profiles. IRL, we tend to become friends with people we share mutual friends with. When doing name searches on Facebook, below the name it will say '3 mutual friends' and give you the option of knowing which people are friends with both parties. I occasionally look up names of those I went to high school or college with. If there are 5 'John Doe's' listed and one of them says 11 mutual friends, I can be pretty sure that's the John Doe I'm looking for. Also if a profile says 6 mutual friends, there's a good chance we all share at least a few common interests. Just an idea.
