Do you have a preference, of whether a story is told from the POV of one of the characters in the story, with them serving as narrator? I tend to write all my stories that way, because generally, all stories ive written thus far, I tend to serve as narrator as a fictionalised version of myself and the stories are either embellishments of things that have sort of happened in my life, or fantasies of things I would have liked to.

I am however looking at writing a couple of ideas I have where I do not feature, and I am undecided if the story should still be written from the POV of one of the characters, serving as a narrator, or I I should write it with nobody serving as narrator and just detailing all characters thoughts, feelings and dialogue.

Hey all, In follow up to my original post, I just wanted to say that I appreciate anyone who has read and enjoyed any of my stories or other content so far. As I mentioned a few months back, I had just had my first story published and I was thrilled with the feedback it got and I have published several others since then. If you have not seen them and are interested I have a few series of stories available:

Red's Education: An Fantasy Series (appreciate its not everyone cup of tea, but certainly has a niche following)

The Holiday: A 3 part series telling the tale of an enjoyable vacation spent, meeting some like minded people!

And introducing Holly, my latest lead character, a seemingly Vanilla straight laced young woman who has secret desires to fill

If you have not read any, I invite you to and hope for your enjoyment. I already have some favourite authors amongst the Lush Community and think its great we can share our work with each other!

Happy Reading!

The Secret Life Of Holly - The French Connection

Holly introduces her new lodger to how things work in her house

Threesomes

Yes, a few that were well written. I also agree with Seeker, in that I have occasionally done it to my own stuff whilst writing!

If you mean copy a story that is not your story to add to them, I would assume that is precisely why the ability to copy/paste other people’s stories is deactivated

Oh my stories are not especially long, so they will be more like chapters of an ultimately short story, maybe 5 or 6 parts, so I think I'm leaning more towards publishing the series then move on to something else, rather than jumping about

Interesting thoughts so far....I have one story published that is intended to, and is listed as being part of a series, as they are pretty much already written. So just not sure whether to just publish them before anything else or dip in and out (no pun intended!)

Hey Authors. I just had a question, regarding releasing stories that are part of, or you intend to become part of a series. If you have a few of them pre written, or at least in mind, do you release them one after the other until the series reaches its conclusion, or would you release some, and then release any standalone stuff that you might have, and return to the series later.....or if you had multiple series pre written or planned, would you start releasing 1 and then start releasing another, or never have multiple series on the go at once?

Thoughts?

I only discovered this site a couple of weeks ago and I am so glad I have!

I have written down Erotic fiction stories for my own personal entertainment for several years, mainly based on my own fantasies, so they are often about people I know, work with or in some cases, relations of mine (I have never been into Mother/Son, Father/Daughter type stuff though)

I have had one story published so far which I intend to be part of a series, so I am looking forward to being able to share them with you lovely community, and I have many more in my archives to share as well. I must say, after publishing my first story, and then having read so much of the stellar work that is published, I know I need to improve my writing style, so hopefully those that read or have already looked at my first effort, will see a gradual improvement moving forward!

Happy Reading folks
Sheriff!
