I'd love something cold. I have to go to back to school night this evening. Every time I have to go into the school I think to myself why did I ever want to do this all over again. Then I look at my littley and know for her I'd do anything. Don't get me wrong I love my boys. She just came at a very different time in my life when I didn't realize how much I needed her. This is horrible to say. I actually do have eight cats in my house and if you go back and see my pictures they are all doing quite well. We have eight cats and six people. Some of the cats behave better than the people. They have litter boxes that are cleaned regularly, they have plenty of toys and beds to sleep on. They are allowed in or out (I do have 12 acres of land) they get fed well and have lots of treats. So please take your rude comments elsewhere. This is a happy place with some of the best people on Lush.

This is Shadow. He is the big brother of all of them.

This is my Smokey. He is about 12 years old. I've brushed him several times but he does not groom himself any longer. He is the only one left from when my boys were growing up. It's sad to think he won't be around too much longer.

Hey all. Just finished catching up on all the goings on here. I missed a lot. Let's see...
My daughter loves school so far (she went for two days). I'm hoping it won't be like my oldest son. I still have a notebook that of correspondence between his teacher and I daily. One thing is the friend he was constantly talking to is still one of his best friends and they are almost 22.
It was good to see so many bringing the topic of suicide to the forefront. There is really not enough people who openly talk about it and depression. I've thankfully failed at my attempts My therapist says I need to see how strong I am as everything I've been through in life any one piece could break many.
That corn-dildo hat really made me laugh. My littley loves to draw and she recently drew a dog bone.
G- I hope the kitty situation has been resolved. We have eight here. Most of them go in and out but we live on twelve acres. Here is one of my furbabies. This one is Lily Rose. She is one of the only ones that isn't black. She is the baby and my littley's.
I saw today that Dorian is now a Cat 5. I truly hope everyone here and all along the coast are safe. I will be praying for everyone's safety. I have family and friends in Florida and along the way.
The moonshine/everclear. I make apple pie moonshine every year. I've tasted straight everclear and homemade shine. They definitely have a burn. Apple pie is pretty good though.

Hello everyone. Today my littley is off to kindergarten. I'm a proud momma even if I'm a little sad. I know it's time for her to spread her little wings and head away from us in order to learn and grow. She is very smart and has an amazing personality so I know she is going to do great. I also know I've taught her everything she needs to be on this big part of her story. Unfortunately I won't be able to sit with her this evening to talk about her day as I will be off to a funeral. Good evening. I'll just get myself some tea before bed. I'm reading the comp stories as I can. I've decided not to enter this one. The funny thing is the fist comp I entered was a fetish comp and I made the top ten. I was shocked and very proud of that story. Vanessa I absolutely loved your story. We must watch a lot of the same shows. G- sorry about that mishap with my comment my littley had me writing her story for her. It was about a witch, a spider, a biting snap dragon plant, a monster that hides in the dirt and a zombie. Can you say she is excited for Halloween to come? This is actually pretty normal for her. Good evening everyone. I think I need a hard drink. It's been a helluva a week. I've sadly read about the passing of someone I worked with when I was a teen and someone I went to school with. On top of that my husband's cousin passed today. To much. On a positive note, my littley is home from vacation. I missed her so much. She went away twice this summer and didn't want to talk to me on the phone. I said I love you and she said your welcome lol. She really had lots of fun with one of her cousins. I have not gotten to any of the comp stories I promise I will really try. I'm watching this show about people who want to be a living doll. Hmmm that could be a fetish. Good morning friends. Thank you for the hot tea beautiful Miss Curvy. I hope everyone has been doing well. I have been busy with getting people ready for vacations. My littley is at the beach (Wildwood) with her gram. My oldest left for Virginia Beach today. He picked a great week to go as the temps are quite high. I do not have any inspiration for this comp. I will start to read them as soon as I get a few free minutes. I was reading what I missed and saw the small children debate. I was a school bus driver for almost 15 years. I started with preschool age. Then I drove all ages through high school. I have to say for me the hardest ages were 1st and 2nd grade followed closely by the kindergarteners. I was pregnant with my littley and hated every time I had to drive that age. I truly worried they would hit me. I never had that fear with any other age group. My favorite was our technical high school. I loved those kids and still keep in contact with a few. Saturday I went to a quiet women's mini retreat. It was four hours of quietude. I found the hardest part was to quiet my mind. I found I also have a hard time thinking of myself. Now I must get back to my laundry. Enjoy your Monday.

Good morning and thank you for the tea beautiful Miss Curvy. All the talk of Cats reminds me of my own experience or non-experience. When I was in high school my English class was taking a trip to NYC to see Cats on Broadway. I was so excited and really wanted to see it. When the time came I couldn't go as my step-dad's habit was more important and we didn't have the money. I was sad when it left Broadway and I wouldn't be able to see it. We do have the VHS of it but I've never watched it. Anyway, I've decided to take Harley to see the Nutcracker at a local theater and next year take her to see One Night of Queen. She is gonna love both I think. Now it is time for more tea as I get ready to go for my second series of shots in my knees. Only one more after today. Yay lol.
