Over the last several days, the site hasn't been fully accessible. Missing avatars, broken red tool bar, missing wall images, maybe even a different font if you are viewing from an iPad, have all been reported.
It seems that going to the forum page on the red tool bar is the only way to view it in its entirety.

Hi there, great question. Blocking someone doesn't remove the chat history. However, the chat auto deletes after 7 days. If you want to hang on to them, you can either copy and paste it into a word document, or you can copy the chat and email it to yourself here.
