Very fond. He is one of the kindest and most encouraging Lushy members I know. I'm honored to know him. ?
I'm always concerned about whether what I'm writing sounds the same. I never want to be that kind of writer, but at the same time my voice is me. It makes me pretty predictable unfortunately. There is no escaping that. I guess I'll settle for at least not being boring--that in itself is a major challenge.

Yeah, I agree. Some are too long, but all you have to do is stop reading! And if you feel you potentially connect with someone, there are not enough words in the world, you will still want more.

Mine is too long. But, I think it saves time. Read my profile, then you'll know if we will hit it off.

I don't allow my mods to have friends..

Please don't tell Sprite I'm looking for new friends.
She has good taste. She appears to have a soft spot for my preteen obsession and the woman is still beautiful to this day.

I collect Japanese cast iron teapots, Tetsubin. I have 43 of them on display in our breakfast room.
I'm really taking my belly dancing to another level this Summer. I may share some vids on my page.

It's a marvelous work of poetry. You capture so much in really just a little time, and few words.

I'd be interested in hearing your UN-Fuck You story.
I have had a few interesting ones shared with me lately.
NEW POETRY

It may shock you a bit--or, maybe not. Yes, I'm a diehard romantic and all that notates. To know me is to know that. However, I'm a serious realist commenting and writing about real life, real sex and real love. My hair's too curly&kinky for that Disney love. Fairytales hardly catch my interest. This poem is just a facet of what love can do and most likely has at some point in your life.

Can you un-fuck someone? Hmm...

Read it and let me know.

It's a beautiful day out there.
This could be you, but you're stress'n.

Mmm...yes please. Both. I want it all. Overload my senses.
Take me to the very brink and then push me over with all you got.
I'm definitely going to do it to you, first chance I get.

For me, the most creative titles come from AvrgBlkGrl.
I especially like "I Hate You." Now that's a title that will make you want to read the story.
She is a master at choosing one-word titles (like Trust)

Oh yes, Enjambment is great because it reflects the structure and the content of the poem. But then so is A List of Lonelinesses (how can you not read it after that title?), and The Point at Which You Entered.
I'm collecting all these titles to steal, by the way.

Nice question!
I took a look through my Favourite Stories list to see which titles jump out at me.
As someone else pointed out, Average Black Girl has a way with titles, especially poetry.
*Song of the Succubus* is a fine example.

Ah man, you can't believe how happy I am to have discovered these posts, especially from the three of you because I just love your writing so much.
I beat myself up about my titles because I give them a lot of thought and I hope that they capture the story, but at the same time everyone knows that
the more sexually overt titles get more general reads. I just feel like a sell out if I give into that lure. I seriously want the idea behind the story to be more important
than the actual sex. I want the sex to highlight the theme. I'm strange, I know.
Try some romance, but without all that idealist fluff and a sexy bit of realism.
Both have done quite well here.
