I think this whole “using AI to create covers” is really offensive to those of us who spend hours to set up the perfect lighting for that one picture. It takes away so much to just insert a prompt and click one button when others have to find real models or be their own model for their covers. If you are connecting from Europe, the problem is most likely because of peering. Don't ask me what that is exactly, but it has to do with Cloudflare and image hosting, and some ISP's are not booking enough bandwidth, it seems. Using a VPN makes the site usable most of the time.
