John looks around and with a very guilty look on his face and hesitantly raises his hand...."Me Miss Taylor!"
HHHAAAAAPPPPPPYYYYYYYY BBBBIIIIIIRRRRRTTTTTHHHHHHDDDDDDAAAAAYYYYYYY RACHEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm with Sprite....who do these volunteers think they are bugging me about punctuation and run-on sentences? I mean my story with its racist rants, it's forced sex scene, it's underage tied to the bed sodomy chapter still hasn't been approved? What's that all about? Stop harassing us ARTISTS!!

On a serious note, thanks to all those volunteers who perform these thankless tasks!!
In the "categories" on the left side of the home page I'd like a category for "famous stories" to be added so I can easily browse through the stories most frequently viewed.
Bella, well I did warn you in my initial post that LD relationships are hard to make work. Also a lot of people on the internet are fickle and not (shall we say) completely sincere. Good luck gorgeous as I think you are a VERY special girl. Take care of yourself.
Well I was drinking way too much fresh ground "drip" coffee in university and was getting "withdrawal headaches" so I needed to go cold turkey for a month. Terrible!! No, could never give up coffee. I'll show up at Alison's with my latte and we can enjoy both our favorite vices!!
Well not a lot of "strange" or "funny" comments I can recall. The most common comment on my stories is that I "tease" by leaving my readers in undue suspense and fail to deliver the expected sexual release early enough in my stories. The strangest "comment" if you can call it that was an offer to take one of my reader's virginity. I guess my stories got her a little riled up, but I was too slow to take up her offer and now I believe the offer has lapsed due to the intervention of a third party male who has done the deed on my behalf. Seize the day has never rung so true.
Actually Colgate mint toothpaste works fine as well and is usually readily available in the bathroom.....any kind of mint toothpaste. Eye contact....yes, eye contact!!
Well as someone who has traveled A LOT and lived all over the world I can tell you from experience that long distance relationships are very difficult to sustain. Initially they may be exciting and you can meet occasionally and have passionate interludes of being together for a few days (and nothing wrong with a few days of wild sex in Bali or Hawaii--frankly I'm all for it). However, unless you develop a relatively short term plan to be together in the same place then you will most probably find the relationship far from satisfying. Usually there are strong bonds or commitments keeping each party where they are: family, university, jobs, undisclosed relationships with other significant people. Anyways, for what it's worth that's my two cents. NOT SAYING don't fall in love....by all means.....wish I could haha, but be realistic and be prepared. Also, understand clearly your own expectations of what you want out of the relationship. Good luck darling, as has already been stated you're a "catch" so I don't understand why they aren't lined up at your door to put a ring on it? Perplexing? Also, be skeptical if it's the internet and be safe.
Well Bella is a very nice girl and an author so personally I'd cut her some slack.
Well "being close to death" and "near death experiences" are not the same thing. I spent the last few months with both my parents as they died from cancer so yes I watched them slowly die. My father spent many years working for the United Nations and I was with him when we witnessed three young girls shot before our very eyes. I have also seen people die from poverty, literally dead on the street. How does it make you feel? Well it depends on the death. For my parents it is just a sense of loss. For the young girls it is with me to this day and I won't get into the politics because people in North America are largely ignorant and brainwashed, but yes it makes you fucking angry and leads to a certain degree of hatred actually. As to large scale poverty, corruption and starvation? Well it makes you frustrated I guess at the political impotence of the wealthy western world. Occasionally an artist, a true artist, can grasp human tragedy and turn it into art. David Eggers did that with his novel "What is the What" which is a wonderful narrative tracing the lost boys of Darfur. Dickens in his day was highly political and his novels are largely social commentary. This I guess is the most authentic response to death.
Well I'll throw in my two cents. Best coffee in Vancouver for sure is 49th Parallel at 2152 W. 4th Avenue. The "MUST" place to eat is Tojo's where Tojo-san has been producing the best Japanese food in North America for decades. Tojo's is at 1133 West Broadway. If you go to West 4th Avenue, also pick up a true limited edition T-Shirt at IRONHEAD which is a unique Canadian fashion statement that is popular with numerous athletes and rockers like Bryan Adams. Myself, I would rent a car as Vancouver is a huge urban area and public transit is lousy. Take a bike ride around Stanley Park for sure and stop several times to take in the views. Have a good time!!
Well my English is okay, my Cantonese spoken is not too bad. I'd want to learn Putonghua ("peeyow leng" means "very beautiful" in Putonghua, so Amelie applies....in Cantonese--which is much harder to learn than Putonghua we say "ho leng". Cantonese has 9 tones (if we include the two "clipped" tones) where Putonghua only has 4 tones. Several of my favorite pop singers sing in Putonghua, including Jay Chou and some of my favorite films are in Putonghua, especially those by Zhang Yimou such as "Not One Less", "The Road Home" and "Raise the Red Lantern".
Raspberries
Valrhona DARK chocolate (at least 75%+ cocoa butter)
Great Coffee
A great red wine (had 1996 Monte Bello last night....probably the most elegant American wine there is....yum yum)
A great desert wine with good acidity and sweetness balance (1989/90 Suduiraut comes to mind)
Well there are subtle differences in usage between the two words and they are certainly NOT interchangeable in all circumstances. Both while and whilst can be used as conjunctions or relative adverbs, but only "while" can be used as a noun, so for example "stay here for a little whilst" would not work. Also in the context of "while away the hours" can never be replaced with "whilst away the hours". "Whilst" is an adverbial genitive. This means it is used to describe verbs.
Well many of the authors being mentioned are simply "popular" in the sense that they sold a lot of books. I don't think many serious critics have ever suggested that Dan Brown or Stephanie Meyer are being "rated" as quality authors? In that sense they have never been "overrated" they are simply popular in the way a McDonald's hamburger is popular. Easy to consume, not challenging to the mind, a mass market product. Dan Brown is crap I do agree and one must wonder how he sells so many books?

I absolutely cannot agree with putting Hemingway in this category!! Sorry! This is a man who is largely responsible for the term "the lost generation" and went on drinking binges with James Joyce? Really? My god he hung out with Ezra Pound, T.S. Eliot, etc. etc. While not everyone may appreciate his sparse style, when you have read his works in full you realize the significance of coming to grips personally, as an individual, with the two greatest wars in man kinds history and the struggle to create internal order out of external chaos. As a short story writer Hemingway crafted some of the finest ever written in that era and influenced writers like J.D. Salinger who went on to create his own highly crafted short stories in a similar style.
Well anyone who has done very much in the area of consumer surveys will know how hard it is to get people to offer feedback without offering them an incentive to do so. This is simply a fact of life. It is disheartening for many authors to not get much feedback, but it is also unrealistic to expect more than we currently have on Lush. For myself I tend to only comment on stories I have really enjoyed with a view to encouraging the authors I really like. Usually I know fairly quickly if a story has not grabbed my attention and I move on without any vote or comment. I have made friends with some of the other authors I enjoy which is also nice. I do send a personal message when I feel a story is exceptional, again because I know how hard they have worked on it and want to acknowledge their hard work. "Forcing" people to do anything on the internet or in life will not work as they will just leave and ignore the story or the site.
Granted, but then Google comes up with "soft porn recognition software" which tells everyone you know that you're on Lush, they just can't see your picture because Google blanks all images out. Everyone you know greets you and says, "Hey, you're on Lush, but I can't see your pictures."

I wish that I could pitch my screenplay for "Donkey X-ing" and get a three picture deal with Universal.
Not really at all....never been much of a drinker and even when I'm drunk I know what the fuck I am doing.

How many times in your life has the condom broke and you had a nervous wait?
Well a lot of guys, myself included, were brought up to adore women and to treat them as "fragile" so you may need to break through this psychological barrier. He may also have a fear that while you say you will "like it" in fact he will upset you or hurt you in some way. You might try watching good films such as "Nine and a Half Weeks" or "Secretary" to introduce him to the idea that bondage and role play, fantasy if you have it, is "fun" and hint that you would love to try it. Go step by step and encourage him with positive sexual reinforcement so he knows that you enjoy it and give him hints as to what you find extra special when he is doing it. Personally the biggest orgasms a woman can have usually involve some restraint which prevents them from anticipating or preventing the next thrilling sensation (a blindfold helps also). You could also offer to "exchange" fantasy nights and where you play out a role for him one night and he reciprocates the next time with your fantasy. Good luck darling. It is all a matter of building trust and letting him know he is not in for rejection or hurt feelings. Once he knows it's "okay" I'm sure things will go swimmingly if he's a creative guy.
You get to go back to sleep and the man of your dreams, your intended, knocks on your door. Thinking no one is home he leaves, never to be seen again.

I wish to have one of the sexy Lush girls step out of my computer screen and into my life.
Granted, but unfortunately the cruise ship is taken over by pirates who take all the food and water and leave you all scrambling to survive.

I wish there was a time machine so I could transport myself back and the swimsuit model from 1964 is 18 year's old and looks just FINE!!
You make 100 attempts to get up but then just as you get up the very first time the boat runs out of gas......

I wish to swim naked with a Sports Illustrated model under a tropical waterfall.
Well I'm certainly going to take my time untying Kiki....it will be slow and ever so delicious...........perhaps read her my entire library of Lush stories accompanied by the physical actions to match?
Well with no way I'm not going to fuck her. But I'll ask nicely. Perhaps a threesome with Hotlilvirgin?
