I always comment. I try to leave a reason why or what I found right or wrong. I realize it is the only way we authors are doing a good job that appeals to the audience. Lately I have been getting more comments. The comments are good and in most cases are what I expected. There are people who mark me low and do not leave a comment. If I don't really want to comment which is very rare a forced comment will make me cancel. As you can atest I do make comments. I feel it is very important to leave a comment.

Not to demean other authors, but the average reader here loses interest at about 3000 words. My earlier stories were all over 3000 words. I even broke them up into parts. Still too long. I started writing shorter stories they were more readily accepted to read. I could easily write stories of more than the lush limit but they would languish. They can increase the size for maximum written story but the readers will not read them. Just my humble opinion.

It used to be after 5 attempts the account was locked and you had to talk to sys admin to get back in. That was never here. It rarely happened with my sites. With the number of members here it might be unwieldly. Blocking domains is the best defense. Using wireshark is a good tool for tracking things. I used to use it a lot when I troubleshot network issues. Stopped many a dod in my days. I would take the dos and send it all back to the originator. That would stop them.

I read all three in less than a week. I read fast. Having them electronic makes it a lot easier. I found them as a series very tame.
