Back -to-school shopping, ugh! It feels rewarding and emotional because it marks a fresh start to the new school year for her. At the same time, it is also stressing me out from the cost, crowded stores, long lists, and the reminder that summer is ending. I got it done though!
Hello in where the whiskey MAY be watered down and you're welcome to any of Kimmi's toys in room #4 you're need a good massage after the crowds

Home sweet home. But it seems as though I brought the rain home with me. Ah well.
Had a lovely visit and dinner out with my oldest daughter, her hubby, and our granddaughter last night. Then picked up my brother this morning and flew home.
The universe works in mysterious ways, enabling me to bump into my son at the airport this morning before we got on our flight. What a lovely turn of events. Any chance I get to hug one of my kids is a wonderful blessing.
He is making progress with his health issues and it looks like he has landed a new job.
It's a calming feeling when all the kids seem to be doing well at the same time.
My own sinus issues are no better. I've been doing some additional research and will look into another possible specialist after my brother’s month-long visit is over.
Hubby leaves for work travel tomorrow morning and won't be home till Friday, so I should have time to finish editing a few new stories. Fingers crossed.
Hugs! 🥰
You Kat are so blessed with family and friends. Did I read Hubs is traveling?? hmmmmm just if I was cleared for travel (lol) I do hope you find something to help your sinus

Warning, my writing is about to go weird and dark again!
Hosparus Health has taken over Dad’s care. We met together Friday night and they evaluated Dad. He’s really declined in last month. The nurse said he’s in 1st stage end of life which usually means less than 3 months left, but some do plateau and live longer. He has necrosis starting in a foot. Other foot is swollen many times its normal size. He needs to pass in his condition but I’m not handling the end coming. My bf who passed early 2019 got necrosis in all appendages while in ER. I will never forget seeing that. I feel like an elephant is sitting on me. I don’t think I’ve really released grief from my bf, best girlfriends, Mom because it was one after another I had to be strong for and Dad tanked after Mom passed. I’m going to need help releasing it all, I know.
In the meantime, writing is saving my sanity, but I am having dark and strange ideas in my head.
Hugs and may your dad be at peace Kimmi
