I'm assuming nic our workers compensation covers me for my therapy?

The forum should be considered maintenance mode only (bug fixes etc).

I'm more than happy to code anything for you on the story side of the site!

So I have just fixed an issue with offline messages and also made it possible to delete your own story comments.

I'm working on rocco's friends only chat rooms next!

Your moderator powers allow you to remove anyone's comment, not just your own.

Ok Pixie, if I may borrow your wand for a minute, I would like to grant some wishes.

*swish* To Alan, I grant you the ability to press the enter key to send an online message
*swish* To Pixie, I grant you the ability to send a message whilst the user is offline
*swish* To john712live, I grant you the ability to reply to an online message within the black box

And finally one for me. You can now delete any comments you have posted on one of your friends profile pages.

I'll hack away at some more features next week.

I think she wants the black box online message to be available whilst the user is offline.

Currently, it wont let you send a online message if the user is offline.

Anybody want?

Thanks for all your feedback.

I'll sift through this thread and pick off requests, from easy to hard.

I've just coded it so that members can deleted their own comments from their friends profile page. It seems when an image posted on a profile page goes bad, there's no way for the poster to remove it. Fixed!

We need a member search (maybe a should re-phrase that, we need a search for people on our site).

So I'm interested in making friends with people on Lush who are computer programmer's, are fans of the Star Wars saga and located are in Sydney, 1 result(s) found.

I like the idea of grading based upon the badge, or lush reputation.

Maybe also improve the image gallery? Making it much more like Facebook, dedicate an entire page to it, have seperat albums.

This is a good idea to get people talking about a story. The comments could be organised more like a conversation, rather than a sequential list.

I've not looked for it just assumed it to be there, as I think it's common sense for all sites to have one. Anyhow, good thing it's there.

The delete button was put in to save me time with Administration. I was offering the personal touch before, asking people for a reason why they wanted to leave (in case its anything we can fix).

I soon learnt that the majority of people leaving, their issue was not to do with Lush.

So there we have it, your very own delete button and a reason field to let me know your woe's.

After continual formatting problems with posting stories, I have overhauled the html editor on the submit story page. I have tested this in Firefox and IE7/8 and seems to give a fair representation of paragraph spaces.

For those of you pasting from Word, there's a special icon in the toolbar that will remove all that yucky goo that Word adds.

There's a spell checker there too, don't be afraid to use it!

Let me know if you have any problems......

I've had a number of people ask about reverting back to the small version of their main avatar. Currently, once you have chosen a new avatar for the chat room there's no going back, until now.

I have added a new image to the list of available avatars

which will remove your current avatar and swap back to your shrinky dinky av.

I'm not sure the same alert mechanism is required when someone updates their image gallery, unless people actually want that?

I think it would be better to add this to your recent activity section, so you can see which of your friends have updated their gallery, thoughts?

I have added the follow author link on each story (top and bottom). When you follow an author you will receive a PM once they have published and had approved a new story. The list of authors you are following appears on your profile page, just under you favourite stories section. You can remove authors from your following list from your settings page.

I have also cleaned up the settings page, making each section in a seperate tab, rather than one huge page. Let me know if anythings broken!

Oh, and I've added a Delete profile option too. This will hopefully cut down on some of the administration I have to deal with!
