I have a meditation track I play that helps me sleep.
Keep the movement going, don't over do it. Lots of water... Good raw juice will help rebuild sore muscles.

I like to open doors for ladies. However, it pisses me off when women fail to acknowledge simple gestures of kindness. How difficult is it to say thanks? Do you think that every man wants you?
