Isn't that what all these stories are for? Or have I been missing the point all this time? A good sexy story will always make me wet and tingly.

Looks fine, doesn't it? Until you look closely at her hands...all of them...
I was going to say "tea", but I looked, and I've just finished it. So nothing ...

no, but I have had some boxers left at my place.

Knowing men, he probably expected you to wash them for him
I've just noticed I've got the same issue. The icons aren't visible, though when you hover over where they ought to be, the drop-down menus still appear.

Abigail Thornton is having a similar problem.
For me, around 3000-4000 words feels about right for a story. That gives me time to introduce the characters, set up the story, and have a nice bit of sex to finish. My longest single story is about 6000, I think.
I read this thread and felt guilty, because last year I started a series and wrote five chapters in about five months, but then got distracted by other ideas, including competition stories, and never finished it.

So this year I made a resolution to finish it off, so I buckled down and got the last four chapters written before posting any of them. So they're all on a memory stick now, ready to go.

The first of them has actually been submitted today, and the other three will follow at three/four weekly intervals, I think.
I must be tired, I read this as LEGO sex and pleasure blog. Which would be a whole different thing entirely...
I think its probably true to say that some stuff that appears on Lush is porn, but that's not its main purpose.

There are too many people here with a sense of humour to make it a porn site!

Or. to take another view, if it is a "porn" site, it's not a very good one smile
Don't touch it, guys - leave your hair just as it is! A few hairs between the teeth is no big deal, I'd rather have a nice natural thatch to play with.
A question for the more prolific authors.

Your profile page allows you to showcase ten stories, with the full list accessed via an "All Stories" hyperlink.

How do you choose which ten stories to have on your profile page? Do you just use the default setting, which is the ten most recent, or do you re-order them to show off certain stories?

I usually leave my most recent two or three at the top, but after that I like to switch them around a bit. I usually try and make room for one that has had a lot of reads, but I have a couple of favourites that I like to keep on show - my own favourites, not necessarily the ones that are most popular. Then sometimes I try and pull up one that's quite old, and that more recent readers might not have seen before.

I know some people like to have all their "Recommended Reads" and "Editors Choices" at the top, which is a good idea too.

Anyone else like to share what they do?
