It is probably a site cache issue, which often takes 24 hours to resolve.

We are undergoing some major design changes and site upgrades at the moment, so please excuse any downtime.
We've not noticed a discernible increase in traffic as I'd expected.
As a few have touched upon, it might be more difficult for people at home to connect here, with other family members around a lot more (who may have gone out working / socialising ordinarily).
Gav says the CPU load is 40%, Memory up to 70%, which is well within our limits, but a little on the high side.
But he says it looks like someone is trying to run an automated script against the site, for whatever reason. There are hundreds of error emails coming through as a result which is impacting system performance overall.
He's looking at ways to further block these malicious attacks.
