There's a guy works down the chip shop swears he's Elvis.
But he's a liar and I'm not sure about you.
Terrible death. I'm remembering and sad.
I totally get what you are saying MJ.
The thing is though, the decision has been made and I am 99.99% sure it will be final.
Apple decided to turf the Tumblr APP out of their store, and with it, a huge chunk of their revenue.
A large percentage of their advertisers are now aware that there are sections of that site, which are harbouring not only NSFW, but illegal content. That's a huge no-no for them (as it should be).
So Tumblr basically have no choice in the matter, or they will likely go under.
There's been some interesting suggestions and posts on this.
One thing we could quite easily incorporate, would be an image wall (in addition to the current image gallery profile section). I agree, the forums aren't the right place for hundreds of thousands of images to be posted.
Would there be much of a demand for it here though I wonder? The fact we've had close to 400,000 images posted, on what is fundamentally a story site, shows that there is.
I'll let this percolate for a while and see what Gav says concerning the technicalities.
All current entries have been tweeted about.
I'll continue to promote the stories as the competition goes on.
Best bar in town.
I've been all over the world, and I love the eclectic mix we have in here.
Name a place, and I bet either I've been there or someone in Rumps can tell you a story about it.
Fire away!
Best to contact Gav directly as it sounds like a site issue (unless you've manually linked them incorrectly?).
I think your last line sums it up perfectly there.
There's no need for a big production budget, but come on, (most I imagine) people must be fed up with "that goes in there, this goes in here" type porn. Unless the actors are really attractive, it ends up rather anatomical and formulaic.
Who doesn't love a good build up to an explosive sex scene?
It's the same in stories. Why should it be any different in porn (because I only have 5 minutes for a quick diddle - hmm, fair point)?
Some good advice above.
You used to be able to "price match", but I am guessing they've probably removed that option now, as it means they make nothing (someone will be able to confirm, I'm sure) when someone sets it at $0.00 match elsewhere.
I'd use all free sites like this, to create a following (make sure you are all over places like Twitter, like a rash), and then publish exclusives on Amazon which hopefully your following, will want to snap up.
It's a hugely competitive environment on Amazon (50 Shades and nanny state policing trashed it). We more or less stopped publishing there 3 or 4 years ago, as it simply wasn't worth the effort.
But with a huge amount of self-promotion, and an unerring ability to spin a yarn, there's still plenty of money to be made there from what my sources tell me.
Good luck, and welcome to the site!
