I was experiencing problems prior to fixing my PC and Gav was as always more than helpful in fixing my problem and after upgrading and fixing my PC I was finding my PC slow and he asked me if I was running any of these store bought anti virus programs and he said that it was my new anti virus Mcafee and sure enough as soon as I stopped the mcafee it sped up my pc he recpmended the microsoft anti virus and it was free unlike the Mcafee
