I'm not sure you are missing much. I watched the whole series... it was decent but then i canceled Disney+. I can only watch Princess Diaries so many times.

Technically, he is not Yoda as a baby, just an adolescent form of the same species. I think in the show he is like 50 years old. Apparentlly (like me) they age slowly.
