As part of their fitness schedule, Rob and Jan would swim every morning at a public pool a few suburbs from where they lived. Three times a week at 5am, they would head out before work and the crowds, to do their laps. The pool was heated, which made it less of an effort on those cooler mornings, and there were only those dedicated swimmers hoping to make it into a state or national team who also came every morning. A handful of staff also turned up early to open up the facility, assist with the training of the hopefuls and just to keep an eye on things.

Jan would put on her one-piece swimsuit at home before leaving for the pool and slip a short dress over the top just so she would be covered in case she had to get out of the car at some point. Rob also had his swimmers on under some shorts and a t-shirt. Once inside the pool, Jan would simply throw off the dress near her towel, put on her goggles and follow the black line for about an hour or so. Rob would be in the lane beside her for the same time until they had completed their laps.

At first, after finishing and a quick shower, they would head for the car and finish drying off. Jan would put on her dress over her wet swimmers and then peel the swimmers off carefully under the dress. After they'd been coming to the pool for some weeks, they developed a fairly standard routine of swimming and then showering and dressing at the pool instead of at the car. She smiled as she passed by Rob and the cleaner. Her routine was to place her towel and dress on a bench and then head to the showers to wash. While under the shower, she'd remove her swimsuit and wash out the chlorine and then wash herself.

Rob was waiting patiently outside as the cleaner continued hosing the path. Jan had already been inside for a few minutes. What surprised Rob next was that the cleaner decided that it was time to clean the ladies' change room. Little did he know that the cleaner had decided that today was the day that he was going to see what Jan had under that swimsuit.

Jan was already under the shower and hadn't yet removed her swimsuit. The sound of the water prevented her from hearing the cleaner enter the change room until she turned a little and noticed him. She was enjoying the thrill of him watching her. She lifted her dress over her head and finally covered up and walked toward the exit. The cleaner watched as she left, having seen it all and knowing that she was also naked under the dress.

When she finally emerged from the change room, Rob saw the grin on her face and asked her what had happened in there. Did the cleaner see her? She just smiled at him and said, "Maybe!"
