My heart dancing, yet alone I stand.
I feel a touch where there's no hand.
Not a sound near me but I feel a presence.
My muscles ache they feel so tense.
My step is light and with purpose, I walk.
Finding my love, so through life, I stalk.

So many faces I smile at each one.
A smile beaming like a brand-new Sun.
My heart is light, it floats on high.
Light steps I take, I almost fly.
A teenager again that's my thought.
A wonderful feeling she has brought.

All the answers seem to fall in place.
As I greet each and every face.
My heart could burst out of my chest.
The world has given me the very best.
Now I go to find my forever place.
