"Start slowly," she said, "gentle movements."

Looking down, she smiled at the look of concentration on my face. It was my first time.

"Now, speed up."

I was beating faster now, keeping my wrist movements precise. 

"Mmmm... good," she said.

My wrist was aching but I kept up the pace. I loved the liquid sounds I was causing and the flecks of foam.

"Oh God, Suzy, it's coming!"

I was beating so hard now, and the wetness was starting to go as the stiffening began. 

"Oh yes, Suzy!" And then she said, "God, you're good!"

"Now add the caster sugar!"
