Bob was joking with my husband. “Keep your eye on Andy at the party tonight. He’s got a thing for your wife and he is quite the ladies' man.”

Hubby looks over to me and smiles. “Don’t worry about Verity, she can look after herself. Besides, Verity is not the roving kind.”

Bob quips, “They all say that, but Andy has the charm to turn a woman.”

I smile at hubby, roll my eyes and shake my head.

Truth is, I’ve tried Andy, and he’s not that good. Now, his wife on the other hand, delicious.
