Addendum: To answer the question, the amount is still in question. A lot of factors may affect one's volume of semen such as frequency, age, level of stress, etc. I'll link the sources here when I find it.

I’ve found that for best results you need repeated stimulation and pressure against the prostrate to have an orgasm. I’d recommend a pegging with a lube dildo from a female or of course a lubed cock from a man. Definitely prepare by using a plug or dildo before hand.

Just FYI to you guys that indulge... Don't do this within a week or two of a blood draw for a PSA level check. ANY manual stim of the gland is pretty much guaranteed to raise PSA levels, thus giving a false indication of its natural state. This could lead to unnecessary further, probably invasive, testing by your doc. Also, you or whoever is doing the stimming, should be very cognizant of the need to be gentle. The gland is fairly easily damaged by excessive pressure/rubbing.
