Yes! I had a reduction in 2007 and went from a DD to a full C. I'm on the shorter side and carrying that additional weight around was not comfortable for my frame or self esteem. Now, they are just the right size and when you get a reduction you get an automatic lift! Who wouldn't be happy!

No... Being how small I am as a person, having small boobs just makes them look even smaller. I often find myself wearing push-up bras just to make them look visible, because once or twice I've been mistaken for an emo boy! YES, they ARE! (Super sensitive.) ALL of them have the exact SAME number of nerve endings, in smaller ones those nerve endings are much closer together so any caress produces GREATER arousal (big ones REQUIRE more attention in order to bring a woman to the same level of arousal.
