Interesting question. I have thought about it, and I've even encouraged 2 of my male partners to engage each other while we were in a threesome. I'm not gay or anything, but many gay or bisexual men are in fact quite a bit more 'masculine' than a few other heterosexual men. I really don't understand why kissing, sucking or fucking another male would make a man any 'effeminate'.
