I definitely feel more conscious about my walk if there's a reasonably attractive guy behind me. I don't walk differently though. I just walk and wait for someone to invent a way I can see the back of me while I'm walking.

For me, I don't recall ever adjusting my actual walk to appeal to any guy. I think it happens without thought sometimes. More so - I think it depends on if the guy is paying intense attention and suddenly can't get his eyes off your ass.... or not.

If you're walking in a mall and someone comes out of a store and is going the same direction as you they follow in behind. You know this because of looking to the side as most people do look in stores as they pass, you see them out of the corner of your eye.
