Depends on what you mean by “during sex.” Can I get hard enough to penetrate again, immediately after cumming? No, and I never could. I’ve always needed a few minutes between rounds, so I could never go a second time “during sex” unless you count going down on my partner for a while or engaging in pillow talk as I recover.

Do I need more time now, in my fifties? Probably. But if the situation is stimulating enough (as might be the case, for example, with a new partner) I’m sure I could go again before long.
