No, I would trim as I do for my wife but I would not shave, just too much maintenance and I prefer a more natural look. I can say though that I do try to keep my balls fairly smooth as I liked the feeling and look after I had a vasectomy many years ago. I kept them "smoother" by plucking, so no stubble and itching.

My face is usually clean shaven and so are my balls. Bare skin feels good and clean. I use a basic disposable razor, and shave every few days in the shower with just soap, water, and an abundant amount of caution.
