Although I am not a guy, I am weighing in here - hair, however worn, has to look good ON YOU. To be partial to long hair just because it is long, is silly. I remember I once worked with a guy, and we were talking about another woman with whom we worked who had just cut her hair into a shoulder length bob. She had really fine, scraggly blond hair that had been maybe twice as long previously, and looked really awful. I commented on how great her hair looked (it did look great), and he said to me he thought it looked AWFUL (he really was that expressive) because it was shorter. I was shocked. I could not imagine anyone thinking that her hair had looked better before the cut.

I totally agree. Any woman (or man for that matter) needs to play around and see what looks good on them. I love short hair on some ladies. But long hair is great on others. It is completely related to their own facial features and the shape of their head, as well as their hair type.

My hair is currently very long; near to my ass, for a few reasons. 1.) I suit long hair, it balances out my face and it looks good. And also let's be honest, I am a Medieval Princess and I am waiting to throw my hair out a window and have someone climb up. 2.) I am wanting to grow it out to the longest it has possibly been. See how long it can get before it becomes a hazard of some sort or really annoying. 3.) I am into the hair pulling. WHAT UP!

Personally I like long hair. Maybe not dragging on the floor long, but something between shoulder and lower back length. Enough to grab hold of and make use of! ;)
