Way more than I can stay asleep for currently. 15 hours a week really doesn't sit well with me
I do fine on four to five hours of sleep. I really can't sleep much longer.

At my time of life it is rare to sleep more than 3 hours at a stretch, and most nights I get around 5 hours of sleep in total, but I can also catnap during the day, usually after lunch.
7-8 is my standard. Can't remember the last time I slept through an entire night without waking up in the middle, though.
Need 8-9, but get around 5 hours on a good day.
Need 9-10. Has always been that way. Morning are a pain too. Cannot abide having to get up very early every day. Could manage it when I had to, now I don't anymore.
10 is good. I can just about cope short term on 8/9 hours. If I have time on the weekend 12 is blissful and sets me up for the week
I can function on 5 or less but not for a prolonged length of time and I definitely require naps in the day to give my batteries a little boost.
9 - 10 hours leaves me feeling incredibly refreshed and well rested.
I would say 7 is a fair average for me. Sometimes it's much less and occasionally if I'm really lucky it's 12 or 13!! That's rare though
I average about 6 hours per night but love 8. Anything more than 8 and I feel like I haven't slept at all.
An absolute minimum of eight hours - any less and I am one mardy cow (add period pains or being hungry to this and it's pretty dire).
Sunday is reserved for sleeping in, I'll easily sleep for up to 14 hours from Saturday to Sunday and I love it.
with my work as a PA I need to be ready at most times. generally I get about 6 that I can function at a normal rate.
I need 8 hours but I rarely get a full 5 each night. I am forever exhausted.
5-6 is my norm and I function well. I may catch a longer night or two out of the week but that's my norm.
As long as it's good quality rest, I can function well on 5 hours. Usually 6 is best
Usually 4 maybe 5, last couple weeks less than that...
