This brings combat cooking to a whole new level; of fucked up - whoa. I think I'll pass.

El Diablo Restaurant...the joint atop a lava outflow.

The same GQP demanding we move on from January 6th, 2021 is still doing audits of the November 3rd, 2020 election.
dude...i think that is too cool!

When I was in New Zealand, I went to a traditional Hangi dinner (the food is cooked using heated rocks in a pit in the earth)... It was kind of a novelty and they served some very exotic game/meats.

There's also a restaurant in Montreal called "La Bête Humaine" (translation: The Human Beast) that brings hot rocks to your table with very thin slices of meats and you cook it yourself by draping the meat over the rocks. Again - a fun novelty.

I guess the Lava restaurant is just a more extreme version of this age-old cooking practice. I'd definitely check it out. Plus the view looks amazing.

We don't have any volcanoes or lava flows in Florida, but it gets so hot here you can cook stuff on the pavement.

Or go to Orlando where they charge you a huge amount of money to cook your own food in a fondue pot that was popular about three decades ago.
I think thats pretty neat, i dont know if id want to get close to the open lava outflow though 0.o
Im with you LMB, lets go. At least once would be cool.
I don't get what's the fuss. When you BBQ on coal, briquette, or gas it's the same thing.

Life is simple; we are what we eat and what we read. Talk is superfluous.
I would try it. Whats life without a bit of adventure. :P
I'm pretty sure that it would explode the day I went there. Reading about it was fun though.
