I play football for a local team and also go kick boxing. I ride by push bike to work nearly everyday to.
I am in the gym daily, normally in the am, then followed up with a run, or I bike, love the bike trails here, there quite challenging.
Jogging. I run 25 to 30 miles a week, whatever the weather. It keeps me sane. Also, I'm a bit of a chocoholic/late night snack monkey and it fights off the pounds.
I like to jog, but I've discovered zumba and I'm addicted. I have started going 3-5 times a week depending on my work schedule.
5km walk each alternative day with my 2 beagles. Eat healthy with lots of variety. Lots of water to flush the system.
Oh and the occasional game of Just dance to laugh at my total lack of coordination.
Although i'd love some of those magic berries Nicola was talking about.
I swim everyday for 2 hours
Squats, benches, and deadlifts; intervals; long outdoor walks; paleo diet. Now if I could just get more sleep.

I have a big yard that takes a great deal of work to maintain. My husband uses the riding mower but I finish it off with a push mower and do all the trim work. I plant flowers and keep a garden so I shovel a lot of dirt. I keep horses so I shovel a lot of shit. Of course, I ride my bicycle, I ride my horses and I ride my lover.
BTT classes (bums, tums and thighs), swimming and HOT SEX xoxo
I watch people doing btt classes and swimming .. I find it keeps me fit .. oh and cooking steak and chips burns those extra calories off too .. sex? no comment ....
Weights...cardio....lots of cardio. Eating a well balanced diet is very important and as boring as it sounds, getting plenty of sleep! Yawnnnnnn
The longest lived people statistically speaking come from a village in Italy and they believe in only light exercise. Most exercise freaks seem to die young like the guy who invented jogging. But I do jump on tables and chairs whilst playing a solo in Johnny B Goode and do the occasional duck walk too.

I'm a vegetarian and am very careful about what i put into my body. I either run or swim every morning, and go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week for a little strength workout. I'm also very active, love hiking, playing basketball and soccer, longboarding. I have no desire to be huge and muscled out, but i love being and feeling healthy
