I brought a Total Gym - because Chuck Norris said so! - and I am getting quite the work out! I have to admit, I would rather go to the gym because I love free weights and all that steel in your hands, the way they pump your muscles and make you sweat, muscle throbbing .... but i digress! I have been doing this Total Gym work out almost everyday for about 4wks and my body is looking quite yummy! You really do get a total body work out and I cant wait to show of a fitter, toned me this summer!
