Always been a big fan of running, not only cus its a dead easy way to stay healthy but its a time where I can let my mind go blank and focuses on just putting one foot in front of the other smile
Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kong, Walking, Swimming, and Being the main bass voice in a good sized chorus (great for cardio-vascular system and abdomen).
I used to run a lot earlier. Though its not so now. I do try to stick to the basic stretching exercises from time to time, though.
In the second bedroom we have a weight-bench, an elliptical machine and we have mats placed for pilates, yoga and t'ai chi

M'Lady and I are diligent about keeping in shape - at my age it's either that or become a couch potato, and I'm still having far too much fun for that ;)
I follow a very strict eating regimen and make no exceptions. I have no addictions. Never eat prepared foods. Make everything myself. Belong to ADA.

Running, cycling, and sauna...oh, and plenty of edging to keep my erections very strong!
Im an outdoor guy and do alot of hiking and trekking in the mountains, skiing and fishing, plus i have a physical job, so my work and hobbies keep me fit.

Yes but he burns so many calories with his daily swimming he has to. As a person who was a on a swim team you have to eat a lot to keep fueled.
I work out in winter, swim in summer.

I eat everything but within reasonable quantities.

I do other activities but they are not fitness.
Ballet classes, swim in ocean or at club pool, kickboxing or eliptical machine, walks outside in nature.
I run but not all the time.
I really enjoy yoga and walking in nature.
Weights and mountain biking.

Hahahaha!

The gunshot goes off and a bunch of us sprint around the track with Lyfbuz behind us. Round and round we go.
Just got a new rowing machine. The trick is finding time to use it.
I love to run.. It's a stress relief and makes me drown out the rest of the world but also I row as a hobby.
I Cycle Most Days And Must Do About 90 + Miles A Week , Just Love The Riding !
incredibly goofy-looking (yet torturous) on-the-spot cardio thing and weights six days a week.
I have a daily work out routine that ranges in length from one hour a day to one and half hours a day. Workout music playlists are what get me through it!

Three days at the fitness-club between work and home, three days of katas - about an hour each day.

Stretching each morning - pilates or yoga about a half hour.
Besides swimming?

I run up and down my staircase 50 times a day.

Jump up and down on my bed doing several consecutive backflips whilst listening to jump around on youtube .

Then do several forward rolls down my hall way, then reverse and do backward rolls.

All in all after all that I feel fit as a fiddle, have a nice shower and have a nice cup of tea

I highly recommend it

More than most of you can comprehend. I run about 50 miles per week, cycle 150-200 miles per week and swim for 2-3 hours per week. Then I chase around my very active young boy.
I brought a Total Gym - because Chuck Norris said so! - and I am getting quite the work out! I have to admit, I would rather go to the gym because I love free weights and all that steel in your hands, the way they pump your muscles and make you sweat, muscle throbbing .... but i digress! I have been doing this Total Gym work out almost everyday for about 4wks and my body is looking quite yummy! You really do get a total body work out and I cant wait to show of a fitter, toned me this summer!
Eat as clean as possible.
Cardio kickboxing.
Meditation (keeps me from eating for any other reason other than hunger or fuel).
