I try and run about 4 to 5 times a week outdoors. I do not enjoy a treadmill or a machine rather a nice natural view and the changing leaves. Hockey is also good at getting my heart rate up and football once or twice a year usually on Thankgiving although the older I get football seems more like abuse than excercise.
I do alot to stay in shape. I mainly run, swim, and i do both Yoga and Pilates on alternating days. Oh and most important of all i have sex whenever i can.

I commute by bicycle to work daily, stop at the gym M-W-F, then try to do a 30-60 mile bike ride on the weekends
I love to dance, dance, dance! Also swim, and since there are a lot of hills where I live, I run up and down hills. I also eat lots of fruit and vegetables
Swim is the most popular. Squash I enjoy. Gym - been there done that - great pick up spot if that's your scene for hot and sweaty horizontal exercises.
Walking, not jogging I enjoy as well.
Diet is important - I watch what I eat.
I am not a vegetarian but if I had to be, I could be if I had to be, without a problem.
Drink alcohol (wine) in moderation. Cant remember the last time I was drunk. Many years ago and bad memories.
I used to run and swim quite a lot plus used the gym regularly. I have since discovered Zen exercise and have become a convert. You don't actually do anything, you just sit comfortably and contemplate the idea. It works for me!

I Cycle most days and do about 110 miles a week, " Ding Ding "
I go down the gym most evenings .. there is a glass partition between the bar and the ladies work out room .. the lager is good as is the view and I find it keeps me in shape.
