Swim 800m twice a week and gym

I jog every other day every morning. I always make sure I go to gym twice a week if not I do hip-hop dance classes. And I love boxing. =)
I could show you INCREDIBLE things...
Going to local YMCA for exercise 3-5 days a week. Walking track indoors - 7 laps = 1 ile. Do half to warm-up and half to cool down. Then exercise equipment for various body parts, add dumbbells, and some days do stationary bikes or stairs. Do hour and half plus the walking.

I had a pacemaker installed August 1, 2014. Restricted from any activity for three months. Toward the end of that I had my sinus passages "dredged out" to open my upper sinus passage which had become almost totally blocked by "age related" tissue build up over time causing a lot of sinus infection from "trapped" dust, germs, pollens, etc - per my ENT Doctor. Said it was like blocked arteries from cholesterol buildup.

All the inactivity, and too much sitting round watching tv and eating junk food...led to high bp and high cholesterol. Cardiologist reamed my ass out early March at my 6 month checkup. He said my cholesterol was through the ceiling and the top # on my blood pressure was way too high and he didn't do all that work on my heart to have me wreck it. Said it better be down in 6 months and sent me to specialist in their practice that works with patients on maintaining healthy life styles.

Got my bp numbers down (have to take readings 3-4 tiems a day for her to see when I go back). Lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks and much better bp numbers. Believe my cholesterol will be better too.

I start each day with one hundred push-ups, it only takes about ten minutes four sets of twenty-five. It get's my mind focused, and the heart pumping.
Then i do one of the many favorite activities at some point in the day.
Yoga almost daily, walking, swimming during the summer, dancing.

i hike n take long walks, work outside, jog, like to swim...
I run everyday and swim at the local pool also lift weights as well.I enjoy kickboxing but not with a live person lol
Three mile walk with my Shelties in the morning and an hour in the gym in the afternoon: Cardio, resistance, callisthenics. Recently received a FitBit Charge and now working its features into the program.
Pilates with a trainer twice per week, including power plate sessions. Cardio on my own several times per week: a combination of running to the gym, running on a treadmill, doing the elliptical, or Mercola Peak 8. 50 push-ups every day. Take the stairs wherever possible.
