Swim 800m twice a week and gym

I jog every other day every morning. I always make sure I go to gym twice a week if not I do hip-hop dance classes. And I love boxing. =)
I could show you INCREDIBLE things...
I start each day with one hundred push-ups, it only takes about ten minutes four sets of twenty-five. It get's my mind focused, and the heart pumping.
Then i do one of the many favorite activities at some point in the day.
Yoga almost daily, walking, swimming during the summer, dancing.

Basically i like doing workouts that by the end of it i feel like dying. Yoga comes in handy for the chill days and days you just dont want to do anything. Because we've all been there.

I run everyday and swim at the local pool also lift weights as well.I enjoy kickboxing but not with a live person lol
Three mile walk with my Shelties in the morning and an hour in the gym in the afternoon: Cardio, resistance, callisthenics. Recently received a FitBit Charge and now working its features into the program.
Pilates with a trainer twice per week, including power plate sessions. Cardio on my own several times per week: a combination of running to the gym, running on a treadmill, doing the elliptical, or Mercola Peak 8. 50 push-ups every day. Take the stairs wherever possible.

60 minutes of working out five days a week. Watching what I eat Sunday through Thursday, then eating whatever on the weekend.

I personally workout about 2 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Work out in the gym 3-4 days a week.
