Swimming during summer, running till I can't feel my legs during autumn, during winter I just don't eat much, and casual jogging during spring.
I have a membership at a franchise gym. Fortunately, I have a job with a flexible schedule and gets me out so I work out/swim at different gyms. My work out normally is 20 mins elliptical, 17 mins (3000 meters) on a rowing machine, and 20-30 mins (depending on if I have to get back to work) on different (and harder) elliptical.
I know with such a routine I won't make the Olympic team, but after all I will turn 57 next week.
I cycle in the summer. Squash in the winter.
Weights, running, rowing, cycling, interval training.
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. What I do there varies, but it's always a combination of weight training and cardio. Fun times.
Swim, weights, run, bike.....
Bike, hike, swim, eat healthy, avoid fast food....and make love at LEAST 3 times a week (keeps me mentally and spiritually healthy) - reading and writing also help with those last two forms of being fit
Swim daily when it is warm enough, walk daily when it's not. Oh and the best exercise of all, daily vigorous sex regardless of the weather.
Brandie
Swim, run, bike, walk, row, weights.
If that's what you want to do
Walk, havatha yoga, vagisatvra meditation, and T'ai-chi (chuan). I also try to do something strenuous, but not excessively, when I can.
I work out 5 days a week...before work...30-45min cardio...weights...10 min cardio
I drink LOTS of water
I run 3-5 days a week, lift weights and have a trainer for injuries..... Also, a lot of protein and water....
I go for walks, eat healthy. Could manage to eat healthier but alas I'm not much of a cook.
After suffering this viral heart attack I'm walking daily and eating a strict diet. The fact I'm super fit was one of the reasons I didn't suffer any lasting heart damage.
My morning running schedule is absolutely my favorite than gym activities.
I used to be a runner, and I would hike in the mountains at least once a week. Unfortunately I was t-boned a few years back and both of those activities are difficult to do now. I have started walking at least 5 miles a day and watch what I eat. This has helped me loose over 40lbs and I feel much healthier once again!
I have a gym in my basement that is a collection of machines and weights as well as a television with a DVD player for workout videos. I generally ride my exercise bike to warm up and then do some light lifting and finish off with leg extensions and crunchs 5 days and take the weekend off.
Boot camp. Consists of high intensity interval training. Weights and most recently running. Love the feeling of smashing my PB.
I laugh a lot and eat a lot. Those two things are very important to health. And no I am not trying to be funny. That's what I do to stay fit.
Eat right, less junk foods, running and boxing.
I could show you INCREDIBLE things...
I ride horses, do a lil running and love to swim when I get to a pool.
