Occasionally, I come across a story that I really like and would like a printed version. Is there a way to print or download that story?

Not built in but your browser's print function should work (I just tried). Most modern systems have a "Save to PDF" as a print option if you want a PDF copy. It won't be pretty since formatting a continuous formatted story into pages for PDF or print is inevitably going to be messy, but it would get the job done if you just want a local copy so you can read without going online.

This should be used for personal use only, though. Distributing copies without the author's permission would violate the author's copyright and the license they grant to Lush to publish the story.

This is not functionality we should be telling people about. There was a woman this year who started taking stories off Lush and publishing them word for word on Amazon as her work.

It would be for personal use only. I do not like when people plagiarize others work. There are very few stories I would keep, but occasionally find one that I really like.

What you can do that won't be in violation are:

  • adding the story in your Favourites by clicking the favourite button on the story just below Like. As you said, there are very few that you want to keep. That will ease your navigation should you want to go back to a particular story.

  • Bookmark the story. You can even create a Bookmarks folder for those stories for ease of access.

Good ideas both. Doesn't help if, as often seems to happen, the author deletes the story or themselves but definitely the recommended method of retaining a story for future reading/re-reading.

Yes, an unfortunate reality that we have no control of.

Who? I had an issue where my stories alongside some other writers were appearing on a different website as their own work a few years ago.
