Sometimes can't post in the forums and a question

Sometimes I can't post in the forums. It keeps happening to me.

I wish getting mail from only friends was an option.

Sorry to know that. May I know what's the error message you get? It also happens to me but I've discovered workarounds since it hasn't been fixed yet.

For getting mail from only friends, there is a Privacy settings option for the Instant Messenger and Feedback but not for Lush Mail. I'm not sure if it applies for mail. You may send a report to the admin for confirmation or other options.

Only 'friends' and moderators/admin can send you PM's/Mail messages. If thats not the case please raise a support ticket.

Can't start threads this morning. Being told that I have to upgrade in all forums, even in help desk? Logged out and back in without success. Will try from another device. I am using Edge on Android 11.

EDIT: Tried on my PC (Edge on Windows 10) with same result. Tried using InPrivate mode with same result. Tried dumping cache with same result.

Can reply to existing threads, by the way. This only happens when I tap the New Topic button.

Okay, this is weird. If you've tried clearing your cache etc, then I think this might have to wait until developers are back in the morning.

Sounds fine. I work in IT so trying "usual" stuff like that is pretty much second nature. 😋

You dont now have a paid membership. I believe that expired recently and thats why you cant create a topic. I can see you have browsed the options on the Upgrade page but not purchased.
