Last couple of weeks, the web site performance has been terrible. VERY frequent freezes which require closing out the browser and logging in again. Other folks I’ve spoken to are seeing the same. I access from mobile phone, can’t speak to if same issue exists accessing from laptop/computer

I am on my Android over LTE and everything seems fine. In fact, in the time period you cite, I have not had any major performance issues with this site over either LTE or Wifi. Or is this in the chat, which I never go in? I only use forums and stories, occasionally groups.

I’m using iPhone 26.5 and doesn’t matter if I use chrome or safari. Doesn’t matter if I use wifi or cellular. I am in the US, not sure if there is any kind of geo based load balancing going on

They use CloudFlare so that's not impossible. It can be finicky to configure. I am in a mid-sized city in Southern Ontario in Canada.

I just had a glitch where I went to preview my submission and got a page not found. reloaded and it's fine. could be anything from a page cache issue to the VPN to Cloudflare glitching. not complaining. There's another website I've been doing research on where you literally have to set the search filters, hit search, get a nothing found then reload to get the listing. Now THAT'S a glitchy/poor-performing website.

I have raised this with the development team. I have to say I have experienced poor performance particularly in the last 2-3 days. I will feedback in due course.

You’re not the only one, John. Looking forward to hearing why and what will be done to fix the issues.

The error message I keep getting, which has been happening intermittently for years, is... 'There was an error. Please try again later.' I know it has been brought up before and ticketed. But for me, it never totally disappeared, and I learnt to live with it.

It has become so normal that it would be very unusual for me to visit Lush and not see this.

Had at least 4 this morning while checking notifications. It has become the norm.

It was like a familiar hug when I returned 😄 1st thing I got after I logged in followed by more surprises.

Anyone else noticed 'missing' or suddenly invisible images (still photos and/or GIFs) from your albums or just me? I have about 694+ that others and I can't see.

Note: there's an open ticket for that.

This is a new one -- happens trying to add a "Like" to an image (no model in that, either)

I saw the same a week or so ago and had no idea what it meant. Good to know I wasn’t the only one, Kistin.

I may have figured this out. After I opened the original image post, I went to 'Like" it, but the poster had started doing an edit (they posted the wrong picture), throwing the post into Lush limbo. As soon as I went back, the corrected post was up and 'Like' worked fine.

Sounds reasonable. Odd that it happened more than once. But not impossible. Thanks for the explanation.
