Don't you just wish it was actually true??
How to survive a breakup...
There is one simple fact that never seems to be taught.

We’re all taught to look for love, indulge our passions, meet wonderful people along our journey..but we aren’t taught how to handle a breakup.

It’s rather simple, once you look at it with realistic eyes.

A relationship should bring happiness to an ( for the most part) already happy life.

Live a life that makes you joyful. Discover new things that make you smile. Have as many interests as possible. Real interests. Learn something new. Become more advanced knowledgeably about something you already know.

In other words, have a life that surrounds you with happiness.

You can then invite another into your happiness.

This is the good part…that person will only add to your already happy life.

Together you will find more happiness…and help one another through those times which aren’t happy.

Sometimes breakups occur. You can miss the other person. You might miss them terribly..but you will have you own happiness and life to fall back onto.

That is the key to softening the blow.

Relationships aren’t meant to make your life happy. They are meant to add happiness to an already happy life.
