Been wanting this done for ages. Does it add extra pleasure if I get my clit pierced??

No idea about pleasure for you but as a guy, clit piercings make me cringe a little. Seems painful to me. Not sure I would be comfortable being with someone who had one However, I've mellowed on other piercings so who knows. But I imagine you'll get some feedback the other way as well.

I knew a lady who had her hood pierced. She was easily aroused anyway but the piercing made it difficult for her to walk any distance without sitting down to relieve the "pre orgasm" sensations from the piercing.

What seeker4 said, but then I tend to prefer human bodies as God made them, and find bodily modifications of most kinds (piercings, large-scale tattoos, breast augmentation, hair removal, Mar-A-Lago face, labia removal) to be profoundly UNsexy and hard to comprehend why people do such things. So my opinion won’t carry much weight here.

I had a partner who had just had her clit pierced and every step, especially at the begining created noises of enjoyment and pleasure. However, a caution, is tight clothes will cause a lot of swelling and discomfort at times, which can be great, but maybe only do that for a few hours,
