Don't get discouraged. I just read one of your stories and it was great. Most of these people have been here for years and I would guess that popularity is not a linear attribute. If you are getting 1000 a month now, it could be 5000 a month or more in a year, especially with your obvious writing ability. Hang in there.

I know 100,000 views is for "Famous", but I'd like to propose a "Relatively Well-known" badge, perhaps at 50,000 views, and maybe even a "Hey, He Looks Familiar" badge for around 25,000. And perhaps those should be limited to males, in order that our fragile egos not be so badly bruised...

I started writing fiction about 15-20 years ago. Did traveling children's show for local Summer Stock one year b/c they had age limit on auditions for "Guys & Dolls". No such limit following year, allowing me to appear in a show I'd never heard of. Backstage, cast discussed the fame levels of the 2 shows, & campus Prof in cast mentioned better-known shows cost more to put on (rights, etc.). I gave myself what I now call a "self-challenge" to write a show, so they could world-premiere it cheaply...
...Haven't "staffed-out" all songs yet, but lyrics & script were finished over a decade ago.

Wait, one of many walls you bang your head on or what are you saying? Sorry, my memory is fuzzy. I thought you had posted before that your brain like, swelled up, so it barely fit in your skull. Like, it's way too tight in there or something. So the helmet protects you from anything that might bump into your head and liquify your brain. Do you put stickers and stuff on your helmet? That would be cool.

I skipped the first few pages, assuming most members (he knows who he is) follow the thread topic/title, so reading any set should give me an idea what it's about. (Nobody said a certain $ was a requirement to post in the thread.)

Again... It has nothing to do with being a famous member here, but being famous in a much-wider area than here.
Ironically, you & some of the other members here would be much less famous perhaps if you kept your posts less, the online version of shutting whatever hole your posts come from. (Maybe I can contact my old school & have them send you a helmet, so you & MF can sparr with each other.)
