Due to a timezone issue, one person who tried to submit their story at the 11th hour (literally), was unable to. The only way that person was able to submit it as a comp entry, was for us to temporarily change the deadline, so it could be uploaded. Then we closed the competition off.
The RR was given to a story, which at first, wasn't entered into the competition. The author changed their mind, and entered it. No competition stories can be given an RR, if they are initially entered as such. I have asked Gav to remove the RR as it's unfair on other authors.
