There are 4 tabs at the top of the story list. Click on Popular. That will sort the stories in order of average score and then the number of votes they have received. The default is "all time" but if you click on the "This month" option which is now available under the words Flash Erotica, that filters out anything online before April.

You still can't see the actual average score for comp entries. But because there are a few non-comp stories in there too, you can see whereabouts your story sits by seeing what scores are above and below yours. So if you're just below a story with a score of 4.79, yours must be around that too.

Of course, this only works because the comp began at the start of April. Once May comes it won't be so helpful.

It's giving me some hope that I might do fairly well in the competition. Noting that I have more votes than I ever have before is gratifying. And also seeing that I have only five votes lower than 5 is nice to see as well.

I'm looking forward to the point that the contest is closed and goes into the judging process. It will be fun and interesting.
