I have been trying to renew my (Gold) membership but I cannot find where to go to do that ... it mentions going to upgrade or update link when you log on but I can not see the link in question. Directions on this will be appreciated.

Banners are constantly changing-don't know if it has been reported and I assume that it had supposed to be happening but the banners on my profile and on at least one friend's profile are constantly changing.

Image verification is switched off at the moment so I believe the photos will have just been applied to your profile without verification. However, I am expecting the verification process to be enabled today since we have far too many profile photos and cover images that contain genitalia.

Hello. I was away for a while and came back to a completely new format for the website. Would love to know how to search for authors, or for story types beyond the "genres" listed (for example "massage" stories). Not really interested in "matching", so some way to turn it off would be nice Thanks

I don't think this bug, related to the block feature, has been reported here yet:

When a person has blocked you and you hover over their avatar, in the forums, stories, or probably anywhere in the site, then you get redirected to the login page, so I've been told 😜

Normally, when you hover someone's avatar, a little popup appears that shows some basic info about the member's profile. But when that member has blocked you, the popup still appears, but stays empty and you'll get redirected.

Please ignore if this has been noted already. The read count on stories seems to have gone crazy. There are Micros up that have 1500+, 1800+ 2000+ reads in a week. Not even KimmiBeGood has done that before. A couple of really poor ones (what was the Mod thinking?) logged more than 600 reads in the first 8 hours. 

Should we believe any of it? And how will the stats ever come out right again?

The "Notebook" feature which allowed private notes on profiles seems to have gone away.  Have all the notes been lost?  (I used this feature extensively.)

I suspect the comparatively high read numbers is because previously Micros, Flash and Poetry were not on the front page, they required one extra click. Now they are on the front page with a label saying they will take 1 minute to read, so are getting more views. I don't know if there are plans to move them back off in the future, but that would be a design consideration. Views rarely have any correlation to quality or quality of feedback, in my experience anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

You are doing the stand up Mod thing, being all rah rah, but don't talk down to us. If it is broken, it is broken. From your answer I don't think you have a clue one way or the other.

I am still missing 6 badges and my membership is still listed as gold. I am a platinum member.

That's such nonsense. The wildly abnormal reads are not across the board, but random. One, by a well known writer is at 170. It is flanked by a piece of how was this even passed! at 1800+ and a descent read at 638. All were posted the same day. With the diminished front page, nothing lasts long enough to get that sort of draw, especially half a dozen micros (all since the switch) that break every norm since I have been a member. And if the numbers mean piss all, then why the badges? Why the constant brags?

That's the answer I would have suggested too. Not sure how trying to provide an explanation is patronising. 

The home page seems broken? I can only seem to access by circumventing and going to my profile and then trying to get it. If I click through from Google results or my browser favourites (that’s I’ve reset since the change) it just comes up with the Lush 404 screen (which is hilarious I’ll admit). 

Will we be able to sort what type of stories we see on the home page like we could before? i.e. Stories or Poems

Where are all of my previous favorited stories? And if you click the heart on a story now, where do they go??

Is there any way to access a full history of notifications yet?

I'm not happy that messages from Lush sent to my alternate email address include a link that automatically logs me in to Lush.  This is really insecure and should be stopped.

Really annoying having my text vanish in any forum posts I make accompanied by a picture link.

If go to edit my post, the text is still there, just not visible in the actual post.

If I’m away from Lush for a bit, and try to access the page, I get an error “oops, this is embarrassing - it hasn’t happened before” or thereabouts. The only way I can get back in is to clear all data. Just starting happening on 9/15/21.

When I go to post the link to this bug report forum in a created room it gives the Link Removed message.  Trying to help others report bugs is difficult without the link.

I signed out if lush today rather than just closing the site while on my mobile. When I tried to come back to lush it said "oops sorry this hasn't happened before". Tried a couple times and still didn't work. I had to reset my phone and then I could access the site and sign back in.

Thanks for all your work sorting these out and great job with the new site.

if you go to your mail, the click on the settings wheel, then select wink settings, you can make the changes on the screen that pops up. both the subject and the body of the message.

The wink feature has been deactivated

Could you give some more specifics; such as approximately how long before it gives an error? When you return to the page do you get the error upon interacting with the page, or when you navigate to another page?

On my profile,  the date on my birthday is wrong.  When I edit, it is correct until I save it.
