I used a crumbled up flan case for the sponge, with mandarin segments and soaked in an egg cupful of Grand Marnier overnight. Then I poured in the orange jelly and allowed to set. I made my own custard following my gran's recipe and left it to set when it had cooled, in the fridge.

Then I topped with Dream Topping and hundreds and thousands.
