I've been craving umami flavours and food from my favourite thai restaurant which has been closed almost two months so walked to the thai mini market at lunch and picked up lots of delicious ingredients. Made green thai curry so I've got that paired with rice and a half-pint of Asahi.

Pulled pork, very tasty with a barbecue sauce.

Pad thai. Took a while to prep the ingredients and make the sauce but very quick to cook once organised. I need to batch cook the sauce next time so it's on hand.

Sirloin, baked potato with butter and savoury spice (and sour cream); broccoli with lemon, pepper and oregano all on the BBQ. Having small batch raspberry sorbet for dessert.

Pan roasted chicken thigh; conchiglie pasta with fresh pesto, asparagus, and roasted red peppers. Panna cotta with blueberries for afters.
