So my usual breakfast is Cheerios mixed with nuts and seeds, usually either walnuts or toasted pecans plus pumpkin seeds, and blueberries. But I also make blueberry pancakes occasionally, usually at my wife's request (I make extra that she then uses for subsequent days).

For my part, I whipped up some blueberry pancakes.

I woke up craving actual food for breakfast and well, I got the timing wrong as I'm running late for workout meetup in Anaheim w/ my beefy men.
So, I present, "Taco" in a cup and using one of the Styrofoam cups Krispy left at our place.
And w/ that, I'm off.
Greek yogurt and a bagel, tea, cranberry/cherry juice.
Breakfast #1 was Banana, blueberries and yoghurt at 04:45am.
Breakfast #2 will be porridge and honey at around 9am.
