I won't eat anything but home made potato salad. Store bought is weird.

Tired after getting back from the gym, but I've cooked chicken thighs I marinated in a mixture of blitzed brazil nuts, lime, ginger, coconut yogurt and pomegranate molasses. Served with couscous, grilled aubergine and courgettes with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme and a squeeze of lemon and fresh pomegranate.

I'm looking forward to my home-made soup tomorrow.

Feels like autumn this week. I've made roasted butternut squash and carrot soup. Lots of yummy ingredients, spices and herbs.

I'm making pumpkin korokke curry. Currently waiting for my roasted pumpkin to cool enough so I can form it into rounds for breading.

A steak, loaded potato, and grilled tomatoes.

Bacon/chicken sacchettini with a rose sauce and fresh parm/reggiano. Handful of green grapes.

Pizza crust panini with Napoli salami, buffalo mozzarella, baby arugula, sun-dried tomatoes. Garlic stuffed olives on the side.

Bowtie pasta with a homemade sauce, fresh grated parm. Simple but good.

Left over meatloaf and butternut squash

leftover turkey and mayonnaise - I don't know why I like that combo so much.

I fast on Thanksgiving.

Leftovers, mostly.

Leftover brisket, sweet potatoes & apples and cole slaw. We had a very non-traditional Thanksgiving.

Making prawn green thai curry. Also cooking a cola ham for tomorrow so I only need to glaze and finish it off in the oven.

Christmas eve is my son's birthday so he comes over and we order Chinese, our favorite this time of year.

Christmas Eve dinner.

Teryaki glazed rack of pork, sweet potato casserole, smoked gouda mac and cheese, glazed carrots, yeast rolls and cherry pie for dessert.

Roast goose; German rotkohl; candied parsnips; brandied apples with raisons; Parker House rolls; Danish rice pudding with black cherry sauce.
This was not for me, but a contribution to a holiday supper for LBGQ students who can't, for whatever reason, be home of the holidays.

I had a simple omelet.
