You can install the site as a PWA (Portable Web Application) but I know that support for that came later on Apple devices than on Android and I don't know when so I can't tell you what version of IOS and Safari you need. PWAs show as an app on your device's home screen and will show badges for notifications but actually launch a stripped down browser instance that loads the site rather than actually having a separate app installed.
But there is no actual app store app and I highly doubt Apple's rules around adult content will have changed significantly. The only way that I can think of that the devs could skirt that would be to have a generic app for all their sites that they can then put in the store without reference to adult content. You would install that app and then select which site to connect to (Lush, StoriesSpace, anything else) based on your login. Or maybe a StoriesSpace app that then covertly lets you connect to Lush but then all Lush users would probably have to register for SS as well (which would be good for SS but probably irritate the vast majority of Lush users who aren't interested in SFW content).
Anyhow, the PWA is probably the most we are going to get for the foreseeable future but I will happily stand corrected if Jen or a mod knows otherwise.
Personally, I don't even use PWAs, let alone apps, much even though most of the sites I am on have support for one or both of those. I much prefer a well-done mobile adaptable site running in a full browser so I can have it on a tab and switch tabs within the browser app rather than having to switch apps to go between sites.

I just went through this exercise with a doctor's office. They wanted me to download an APP that was only for their practice. I figured out a way to use an existing site via a browser.
