Best beach? So hard as all beaches have their own good points, just two of mine.
White Beach, Boracay, Philippines. Softest sand I have walked on.

Hot Water Beach on the Coromandel Peninsula, New Zealand.

Be there 2 hours either side of low tide and take a shovel to dig a large hole to sit in.

How about a few miles south, Papakōlea Green Sand Beach, Hawaii.  Much harder to reach, so usually fewer people.

Siesta Key in Florida is a really good one.  Back in the day though, South Beach in Miami was THE PLACE especially if you were very physically fit.  Oh my gosh!  Beautiful girls in thongs!  Beautiful guys in thongs!  Lots of beautiful girls and guys together and in thongs.  Oh LA LA!
